Coupon and promo codes have specific conditions attached. If yours isn't working, there are a few things to check before reaching out.
If your code isn't being accepted at checkout
Check the following before contacting us:
- The code is entered exactly as provided, with no extra spaces or capitalization differences
- You are logged in to your account. Some codes can only be applied when you are signed in.
- Your cart meets any minimum order requirement for the code
- The items in your cart are eligible for the discount
If everything looks correct and the code still isn't working, submit a request below and we'll look into it.
If you forgot to apply your code before placing your order
Contact us as soon as possible with your order number and the code you meant to use. Depending on the type of code, we may be able to apply the value to your account as store credit.
Some codes cannot be applied retroactively, but they stay valid and you can use them on your next order.
