Wine vintages can change over time based on availability. Some wines on our site are listed as non vintage specific, which means the vintage may vary and is not guaranteed.
Wines under 20 dollars
For wines priced under 20 dollars, we do not guarantee a specific vintage. We are not able to replace or refund bottles based on vintage for these items.
Wines priced 20 dollars and above
If your wine was priced 20 dollars or above and you received a different vintage than expected, submit a request. Our team will review your order and confirm whether the expected vintage is available.
What we need from you
To help us review the vintage you received, we may request photos of the bottle and label. Please include one clear photo of the full bottle and one close up photo of the front label where the vintage is printed. If you are reporting multiple bottles, include one photo showing all bottles together, plus a clear label photo for each vintage.
