When an address change is possible
If your order has not been packed yet, we may be able to update the shipping address.
When an address change may not be possible
Once a wine order has been packed, we are not able to change the shipping address on our end. The correct path is to manage delivery through UPS My Choice after tracking is issued.
If tracking is available, use UPS My Choice to request the change. You can create a free UPS My Choice account, but UPS may charge for certain delivery changes.
If tracking is not available yet, please watch for the tracking email and use UPS My Choice as soon as tracking is issued.
