Order changes are time sensitive and can only be made before your order is packed for shipping. Contact us as soon as possible.
What we can change
If your order has not been packed yet, we may be able to make the following changes:
- Add, remove, or swap items
- Change the shipping method
To request a change, submit a request with your order number and what you need updated. The sooner you reach out, the more likely we can help.
If a change to your shipping method affects your order total, our team will be in touch to process any difference.
