KosherWine.com offers free white glove delivery to select Orlando-area zip codes during the Passover season. Orders placed outside the Passover season, or from addresses outside the supported zip codes, ship via standard UPS.
About the program
Each year before Passover, KosherWine.com operates out of a local warehouse in Orlando and delivers wine directly to your villa. This service is available for a limited window each year and applies only to select zip codes in the Orlando area.
If you are visiting Orlando outside of the Passover season, your order ships via standard UPS like any other order on the site.
How to place an order
Placing an Orlando order works exactly like any other order on KosherWine.com. If your shipping address is in a supported zip code and the Passover season is active, the shipping module will automatically offer white glove delivery as your shipping option. Select your preferred delivery date at checkout and complete your order as usual.
Delivery dates
Deliveries are made on the last three business days before Passover. The exact dates change each year based on the Jewish calendar. Available delivery dates are shown in the shipping module at checkout.
Tracking your delivery
Orlando orders are not shipped via UPS. Once the order cut-off date has passed and delivery routes have been finalized, you will receive an OnFleet tracking link with your estimated delivery window. You can use this link to monitor your delivery in real time.
The delivery date you selected at checkout is confirmed. The exact time window is determined after routes are optimized and will be reflected in your tracking link.
