If a bottle arrives with a cork that has pushed out or leaked during transit, we will make it right.
Resolution
We offer 110% store credit for the impacted bottle or bottles.
What we need from you
To help us resolve your issue as quickly as possible, we may request photos of the bottle and packaging. Please include one clear photo of the full bottle and one photo showing any leakage or damage. Please keep the packaging until your case is resolved.
