Delivery delays can happen for a number of reasons. Most resolve on their own within one to two days.
UPS carrier delay
Occasionally, packages experience delays within the UPS network. This can happen without warning and is outside of our control once your order has shipped.
If your tracking shows your package is still moving but behind schedule, no action is needed. Continue tracking via the link in your shipping confirmation email. If your package has had no movement for more than two days, submit a request and we will look into it.
Weather delay
Severe weather conditions can temporarily impact UPS delivery routes in your area or along the shipping path. Your package is safe and will be delivered once conditions allow.
We are unable to redirect or expedite packages once they are in UPS's hands. If there has been no movement for more than two days after a weather event has passed, submit a request.
Holiday delay
During peak holiday periods, UPS handles significantly higher volume, which can extend delivery windows beyond the original estimate. Your package is on its way.
If your order is time-sensitive, submit a request and we will do our best to help.
Your order shipped later than expected
In some cases, an order may not ship within the original estimated window due to an internal issue. If this happened, a member of our team will reach out to you proactively with an update and a revised ship date.
If you have not heard from us and believe your order has not yet shipped, submit a request.
