How we resolve a returned package depends on why it was returned.
If your package was returned due to a carrier issue
If your package was returned because of damage in transit or a carrier error beyond your control, we will treat this the same as a lost package. You can choose how you would like us to proceed:
- Reship: We resend your order at no additional cost.
- Refund: We issue a full refund to your original payment method.
- Store credit: We apply the full value of your order as credit toward a future purchase.
Submit a request and let us know how you would like to proceed.
If your package was returned after missed delivery attempts
If UPS made three delivery attempts without a successful handoff, your package has been returned to us. Our standard policy in this case is to apply store credit to your account, minus a $50 restocking fee and the original shipping cost.
We understand that delivery attempts do not always go as expected. If there were circumstances outside of your control, including cases where UPS may not have actually attempted delivery, submit a request and our team will review your case.
