Your total delivery time is the processing time before your order ships, plus the UPS transit time to your address. All orders ship via UPS ground.
When your order ships
Orders placed before 11:00 AM ET, Monday through Friday, are typically shipped the same day. Orders placed after 11:00 AM ship the next business day. We do not process or ship orders on weekends or Jewish holidays, so orders placed during those times begin processing on the next business day.
Transit times by region
Once your order ships, UPS ground delivery usually takes 1 to 5 business days, depending on your distance from our New York warehouse. These estimates count business days only and do not include processing time.

Choosing a delivery date
At checkout, you can select your preferred delivery date. We do our best to meet it, though UPS delays or weather can occasionally affect timing. We aim for weekday delivery, but UPS may occasionally deliver on a Saturday or a Jewish holiday for reasons outside our control, and does not deliver on Sundays.
